What is the cancellation policy?

Opulence Event Venue Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:

• 60+ Days Before Event: Full refund, minus the $300 non-refundable booking fee.

• 30-59 Days Before Event: 50% refund.

• Less Than 30 Days Before Event: Non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

• One complimentary rescheduling if requested 45+ days before the event.

• Requests made less than 45 days before will incur a $150 rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy:

• If the client does not arrive on the event day, all payments are forfeited, with no refunds or credits issued.

Force Majeure:

• For events like natural disasters or government restrictions, clients may receive credit for future use based on venue availability.​
