4-Hour Event Package

Service Description

A $250 non-refundable booking deposit, a $350 refundable security deposit, and a signed contract are required within 48 hours of booking acceptance to confirm and secure the event date and time. Duration: 50$ - 4-hour party time - 1 hour for setup - 1 hour breakdown (total of 6 hours) Inclusions: - 10 tables (60 inch) - 100 Gold Chiavari Chairs - Choice of White or Black Spandex style linens - 3 banquet style tables with black linens All bookings include setup and clean up time. Overtime fees apply for events exceeding contracted hours, unless additional hours are paid for. Overtime fees are $250 per hour - Charged in 30 minute increments at $125 per half-hour - Charged to card on file - Security MUST be present for the duration of the event
